Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 GLENVILLE – Glenville's softball teams split their Saturday doubleheader; taking an 8-0 victory Mercyhurst, but falling to Ohio Dominican in the finale 6-4.
 
Holy Brehm fired a one-hit shutout in the opener at the Sue Morris Complex. She struck out seven and walked only one in the gem.
 
Offensively, the GSU attack included nine hits, including two-hit games from Kaelyn Stenger, Makenna Negley, and Emma McLean.
 
In the nightcap, Glenville rallied for three runs to tie game at 4-4 in the late innings. However, Ohio Dominican scored two late runs to hold on for the win.
 
Glenville returns to action on Wednesday, hosting Carlow in a doubleheader at the Sue Morris Complex. First pitch is at 3:00.
