GLENVILLE, W.Va. – The Glenville State Volleyball team fell 3-0 to Concord on Tuesday evening inside the Waco Center in Glenville.
The Mountain Lions were able to control all three sets, taking set one and three 25-17, and winning set two 25-13. The Pioneers remained close throughout the third stanza until a late run by Concord prompted the 3-0 sweep.

Concord was led by Meg Williams as she had 11 kills and Chloe Thompson and Natalie Brown recorded nine apiece. Paige Richmond led the Mountain Lions in assists with 17 and Declyn Tooze recorded 15. Defensively, Brown and Kyndra Pilant led the team in blocks with three. Allie Davis recorded 18 digs in the game and Williams recorded 14.

Rita Kelly led the team in kills with 11 and true freshman Keleigh Chrisman chipped in with eight. Sadie Hill led the Pioneers in assists with 14 while Bella Baragona recorded 11. Defensively, Kelly and Riley Tosseng led the way at the net with two blocks, and Isabella Bailey led the team in digs on the evening with Hill, Baragona, Justine David and Bryanne Tustin recorded six apiece.
