GLENVILLE, W.Va. – The Glenville State Volleyball team dropped another Mountain East Conference matchup earlier today, falling to Point Park in three sets.
After PPU jumped out to an early 6-1 lead in the first set, GSU grabbed a lead of their own. The squads traded points before Point Park pulled away late, 25-21. PPU took set two 25-18 and nearly squandered a six-point lead in the third stanza, however they scored four out of the last five points to secure the 3-0 sweep over Glenville State.

Giulia Follador led PPU in kills with 10. Ana Baruh Krstic added nine kills and 14 digs. Eden McElhaney (17 assists) and Rachele Tessari (13 assists) both assisted in the win. The defense was led by Rachele Tessari's 16 digs and Patricia Calero-Irizarry's two blocks.

The Pioneers were led by
Rita Kelly's 11 kils, followed by
Keleigh Chrisman's seven and
Larissa Howe's six.
Sadie Hill chimed in with 29 assists and four digs. Defensively,
Bryanne Tustin had 15 digs and
Bella Baragona finished with 12. Kelly also led the team in blocks with three.
