GLENVILLE, W.Va. – The Glenville State Women's Soccer team fell to West Virginia Wesleyan on senior night earlier today at Morris Stadium. A first half goal by the Bobcats was enough to get past the Pioneers, 1-0.
1st Half
The Pioneers outshot the Bobcats in the first half, but the Bobcats managed to get two shots on goal with one of them finding the back of the net courtesy of Maggie Queen towards the end of the first half. Queen's goal gave WVWC a 1-0 advantage going into the locker room.
2nd Half
The Pioneers controlled the ball for the majority of the half and outshot the Bobcats by seven while only allowing them to get two shots off. However, the Pioneers couldn't manage to find the back of the net, giving the Bobcats the 1-0 win.

West Virginia Wesleyan
Maggie Queen scored the only goal for the Bobcats tonight. Assisting on the goal was Ellie Pergolotti. Two different Bobcats led the team with the most shots having two apiece. Three different Bobcats had one shot on goal each. Paige Miller, the goalie for the Bobcats, had two saves in tonight's game.
Glenville State
Four different Pioneers led the team in shots with two shots each. Lauren Schwartz and Valentina Quiroz both had a shot on goal for the Pioneers tonight. Lucia Lopez, in her best efforts, picked up two saves for the Pioneers.
