BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Glenville State Women's Golfer Kerri-Anne Cook has been named Mountain East Conference Women's Golfer of the Week, the league announced today. The MEC Golfer of the Week is presented by The Health Plan.

Cook, a freshman from Oceana, W.Va., placed second out of 87 golfers at the UC Fall Invitational yesterday. The Westside High School product shot an 83 (+13), including a +4 second round that moved her up six spots from her +9 first round.
