BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - With West Virginia Wesleyan's 1-0 defeat to Davis & Elkins last night (Nov. 5), the Glenville State Women's Soccer team has clinched a berth into the 2025 Mountain East Conference Women's Soccer Tournament.

The Pioneers won the tie breaker over the Bobcats, as GSU outscored WVWC in goal differential in the two matchups that the squads had (W. 3-0 | L, 1-3). Glenvile State finished the regular season (6-11-1, 5-9-1 MEC) and will be the No. 4 and final seed out of the South Division for Sunday's Quarterfinal contest against the regular season North Divsion champions, Fairmont State.
