GLENVILLE, W.Va. - Glenville State Football Head Coach Jake Casteel has announced the retention of four coaches to join his staff for the upcoming 2026 season.

Brian Hill, Dave McEntire, Seth Arnold and Javon Butler will stay on staff with the first-year head coach, as the four were on last year's coaching personnel with the Pioneer football program. 

The upcoming season will mark Brian Hill's sixth year with Glenville State and he will serve in the capacity of Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Line Coach. Dave McEntire is set for season number 20 on staff and is the Director of Football Operations, Recruiting Coordinator and Special Teams Assistant. A pair of former Pioneer standouts in Seth Arnold (Linebackers Coach) and Javon Butler (Wide Receivers Coach / Video Coordinator) will continue their young coaching careers in Glenville as well.

Glenville State Director of Athletics Jesse Skiles marked Jake Casteel the Pioneers 26th head coach on Monday, December 8th, and he was formally announced this past week.
