LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Glenville State Softball pitcher Meghan Stump was recently announced on the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) DII National Player & Pitcher of the Year watchlist!

Stump, a sophomore out of Yawkey, W.Va., has been phenomenal for the Pioneer pitching staff this year, putting together a (6-3) record with a 2.33 ERA in 11 appearances (nine starts). In 57 innings pitched, she's struck out 32 and completed six games with just 57 hits and 19 earned runs allowed. Most notably, the Lincoln High School product has allowed one or less earned runs in eight of her 11 appearances.
