ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio - The Glenville State Women's Golf team had a great start to the 2025-26 campaign under first-year head coach
Caitlyn Sturm as the Pioneers won the 10-team Wheeling Fall Invitational this week.
Elaina Seeley spearheaded the effort, shooting an 80 (+8) in round one and a 77 (+5) in round two, the best of any competitor in that round.
Abby Ankenman was tied for 5th with a (+21) effort, having a strong 80 (+8) in the first round of play.
Kenzie Armstrong (+26, 11th) and
Mackenzie Czapla (+27, 13th) were also top 15 finishers in the 48-player field.
Olivia Dickson, who had a strong (+8) first round, did not compete in the second round.
