THE OPPONENT
KUTZTOWN
2026 Season
The Golden Bears enter Supers (38-20) overall, using a clean sweep over West Chester and East Stroudsburg (2x) at Regionals to advance. Kutztown won their eighth PSAC East Division title with a (23-9) league record before being downed in their conference tournament after three games.
Quick Look at The Golden Bears
KU is under the leadership of 39
th-year head coach Judy Lawes, who is currently three wins away from setting the PSAC career coaching victories with 1,213 wins. PSAC East Player of the Year and All-Region First Team selection Emily Henn leads the potent Kutztown offense, as the junior is hitting .418 with 89 hits, 17 doubles, six triples, nine home runs and 43 RBIs. There's plenty of power up and down the lineup for the Golden Bears, with Henn being surrounded by Alexa Stevens (.322 AVG, 10 HR, 40 RBI) and Morgan Slomkowski (.298 AVG, 11 HR, 45 RBIs), who have helped contribute to an impressive 43 long balls for the team in 2026. Samantha Paetow is also hitting .298 with just two home runs, but she's drove in 34 RBIs, which is fourth-best on the squad.
In the circle, Kutztown is top heavy with their best hurlers. All-PSAC East Second Team honoree Haley Gravish leads the Golden Bears pitching rotation, entering the week with a 2.65 ERA, (23-7) record, 16 complete games, three shutouts, two saves and 108 strikeouts in 185 innings of work. Amanda Slabicki pitched all but three innings at last week's Atlantic Regional and is (9-10) with a 3.18 ERA, 12 complete games, two shutouts and 67 Ks in 149.2 IP. Abbey Wagner has logged over 50 innings this season, but the sophomore hasn't pitched in nearly three weeks for KU.
THE PIONEERS
GLENVILLE STATE
2026 Season
After losing their first-ever NCAA Tournament game, the Pioneers put together four straight wins at the Atlantic Regional to punch their ticket to the program's first-ever Super Regional. Glenville State is (49-15) overall and have won 18 out of their last 20 contests. The back-to-back MEC South Division champs and MEC Tournament winners are seeking to make even more history at Kutztown.
Quick Look at The Pioneers

In 18 plate appearances at Regionals, Warnick reached base in 16 of them, just showing the extent of the run she's currently on.
