A Look at Your Pioneers

Since the 2017 season, GSU has a record of (16-4) against the Bobcats. Glenville State has also never made back-to-back Mountain East Conference Tournaments.

The Pioneers since the start of conference play have seen a jump in their batting average. Against MEC opponents GSU has the fifth-best batting average in the league. During this stretch, Glenville has had success with the long ball hitting 22 home runs. A bulk of the Pioneer's home runs have come from Fabian Escalante, Chase Swain, and Carlos De Jesus.

At times WVWC's bullpen has struggled. During the opening months of the season West Virginia Wesleyan had allowed 34 runs against Lewis University.
