SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Glenville State Baseball team had two Pioneers be named to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Atlantic All-Region Second Team, the association announced.
Crace, an All-MEC First Team and MEC All-Tournament Team selection, hit .397 with a 1.017 OPS, 52 hits, 11 doubles, two triples, three home runs and 33 RBIs in 42 games (36 starts). The Chillicothe, Ohio native primarily played right field for the Pioneers while also pitching, where he had a 3.86 ERA, two saves and 19 strikeouts in 18.2 innings of work.
Dellerman, the standout of the MEC Tournament last week, ended his senior campaign with a 2.83 ERA, (10-3) record, three saves, two complete games, two shutouts and 75 strikeouts in 86 innings. The All-MEC First Team and MEC All-Tournament Team honoree started 14 games and made eight appearances out of the bullpen. Additionally, the Wheeling transfer pitched all five games at the MEC Tournament, including three games of five or more innings pitched.
