BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Glenville State Baseball outfielder
Zac Bayor has been selected to the All-MEC First Team, the league announced.
Bayor, a senior out of Lakewood Ranch, Fla., led the Pioneers with a .356 average and 1.077 OPS with nine home runs, 31 RBIs, eight doubles, 47 hits, 24 walks and four stolen bases. Bayor had 15 multi-hit performances, including three games of three hits. In addition, he notched nine games of two or more RBIs with four contests of three RBIs. The Lakewood Ranch HS product had his best performance in the final game of the series against Mansfield when he went 3-for-3 with a home run and four RBIs.
To go along with Bayor, five other Pioneers landed on the All-MEC Second Team.
