Glenville, W.Va. – The Glenville State College Baseball team has a change to this week's upcoming schedule.

The GSC game with the Crimson Hawks of IUP on Wednesday, March 14
th has been removed from the schedule with no make date set for the future. The Pioneers will open up MEC conference play this weekend Saturday, March 17
th as they host Fairmont State in a double-header at 1:00 p.m. from the Sue Morris Sports Complex.

They will then host the Rams of Shepherd University, Sunday, March 18
th in a double-header starting at 1:00 p.m. Also Pioneer baseball fans are reminded that the team will be having their Second Annual Diamond Dinner this Friday, March 16
th at 6:00 p.m. in the Alan B. Mollohan Campus Community Center (MCCC) Ballroom.

Tickets for the dinner are just $25.00 and fans will get to meet the 2018 GSC Baseball team as well as listen to the keynote speaker Calvin L. Bailey, former West Virginia State University Baseball Coach. Bailey, who is going to be inducted into the West Virginia Hall of Fame this year, has more wins than any coach in the history of West Virginia in any sport at any level.
