Glenville, W.Va. – The GSC Pioneer wrestling team are gearing up for their first home meet in 45 some years as they host the Senators of Davis & Elkins College on Sunday, January 31 in the historical Lilly Gymnasium.

The Pioneers are still looking for their first win of the season as they enter the dual match 0-4.

GSC almost defeated Fairmont State University back on January 16 but ended up falling 22-21.

Davis & Elkins enters the dual meet 2-0 on the season with victories over Fairmont State (34-17) and Wheeling (46-4).

This will be the first meeting between GSC and D&E.

Pioneer Highlights

Kevin Meloni and Alec Fulwider both sit 3-1 on the year with Cole Houser maintaining a 4-2 season record.

Luke Martin clears a 2-2 record with Camden Barr at 1-3.

Ty White, a transfer from Lock Haven will also make his Pioneer debut.
