GLENVILLE – After missing the MEC Playoffs by only one out in 2021, the Glenville Baseball team of head coach Jimmy Mullins is ready to open the '22 campaign. They open non-conference play this weekend, traveling to Benedict College for a four-game set. Benecict is located in Columbia, South Carolina.

GSC will be facing one of the top base stealing teams in the nation. Back in 2020, the Benedict took of three from the Pioneers.

There is a great deal of excitement surrounding the '22 version of the Pioneers. Several key veterans are back from last year's solid season.

First pitch is set for 11:00 on Saturday. Each day's doubleheaders are scheduled for 11:00 and 2:3
