CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Glenville State Wrestling team had three first place finishes at the annual Ohio Collegiate Open at the Veale Center in Cleveland. There were 25 colleges and universities with nearly 600 matches.  

Defending National Champion Gavin Quiocho (133lbs), Gaetano DeLeonardis (165lbs) and Gavin Shamblin (HWT) all took first in their respective weight classes. In the 125-pound division, Colton Drousias finished second and both Brady Ross (184lbs) and Nick Copley (197lbs) took third in theirs. 

There were fourth place finishes by Dalton Minnick (144lbs), Drake De La Cruz (174lbs) and Devan Gauldin (197lbs). Lastly, Ethan Hardy took fifth in the 149-pound division.
