GLENVILLE, W.Va. – Glenville State Wrestling will welcome Davis & Elkins into the Waco Center on Friday (Jan. 23) night for a dual with the Senators. The 10^th ranked Pioneers and D&E will begin at 7 p.m.

Glenville State comes into Friday (13-5) overall in dual matches, including a (3-0) mark against Mountain East foes. The Pioneers and Senators met up earlier in the season, where GSU thumped Davis & Elkins, 51-6, at home.

Sixth-year head coach Dylan Cottrell is looking to get his starters rested up before next Saturday's (Jan. 31) MEC Championship in Glenville.

"Friday is a great opportunity for some of our reserve guys," said Cottrell on the Pioneer Coaches Show. "We told them to get ready and put on a good performance."

The Pioneers are looking to finish off the pre-MEC Championship portion of their schedule strong on Friday. The dual will be televised on the Mountain East Conference Digital Network and live stats will be on TrackWrestling.
